Here's your Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, written specifically for Shopify:

Your Two Purchase Options

One-Time Purchase Buy a single order with no commitment. You are charged once at checkout. No future charges, no account required, no cancellation needed.

Subscribe & Save Get 20% off every order plus free shipping, automatically delivered every 30 days. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no fees, no minimum commitment.


Subscription Billing

Your card is charged on the same date each month, starting from your first order date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before every renewal. If your billing date falls on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, your card is charged the next business day.

If a payment fails, we retry once after 48 hours. If that also fails, your subscription is paused and you'll receive an email asking you to update your payment method. No products ship until payment is resolved.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime in two ways:

  1. Log into your account at bluesoma.com → go to Manage Subscriptions → select Cancel Subscription
  2. Email trybluesoma@outlook.com with the subject line: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION – [Your Order Number]

Cancellation deadline: Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle. If you cancel within 24 hours of a billing date, that order will process and ship normally — your cancellation applies to all renewals after that.

There are no cancellation fees. No questions asked.


Pause & Skip Options

You don't have to cancel to take a break. Through your Shopify account portal you can:

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address or payment method

All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to that cycle.


Switching Between One-Time and Subscribe & Save

You can switch from a one-time purchase to a subscription at any time by creating a subscription order at checkout. You cannot convert a completed one-time order into a subscription retroactively — a new subscription order must be placed.


Price Changes

We will give you at least 14 days' written notice by email before any subscription price increase takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies if you do not agree to the change.


What Cancellation Does and Doesn't Do

Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals and charges. It does not:

  • Refund any order that has already been charged and shipped
  • Cancel an order that is already in processing or transit
  • Affect a one-time purchase order in any way

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at trybluesoma@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.


Refunds on Subscription Orders

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent renewal orders are not covered by the guarantee but may be eligible for a courtesy resolution if there is a genuine issue. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

The 24-hour cutoff language is especially important because it gives you a clear, defensible rule if a customer claims they cancelled but still got charged.
