60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every bottle. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll refund 100% of your product purchase price — no questions asked. You have 60 full days from your purchase date. You do NOT need to return the product.
Eligibility
- Request must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase date
- One guarantee claim per customer per product (same name, address, email, or payment method counts as the same customer)
- Applies to the original purchaser only — not transferable
- Must be purchased directly through bluesoma.com
- Louisiana residents and active-duty military are ineligible — these orders are automatically cancelled; see our Geographic Restrictions Policy
How to Request a Refund
Email trybluesoma@outlook.com with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
Include your full name, order number, and the email used at checkout. For damaged items, attach photos before handling the product further. We confirm receipt within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Approved refunds process within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–7 business days to post the funds.
What We Don't Refund
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after purchase
- Second or repeat claims from the same customer or household
- Orders where you provided an incorrect shipping address
- Packages the carrier confirms were delivered to the correct address (see Lost Packages below)
- Subscription renewals that have already shipped — cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the charge
- Shipping fees (shipping is already free on Duo Packs, Trio Packs, and all subscription orders — single-pack shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Orders placed through unauthorized resellers
- Products misused in a way inconsistent with label directions

- All subscription orders: free shipping, always
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it: check with all household members, neighbors, and your building front desk first. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If they confirm a misdelivery, contact us within 5 days with their case number and we'll resolve it.
If tracking never updates or the carrier confirms the package is lost: contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Blue Soma LLC is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address, or for theft after delivery.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before going to your bank — we respond within 24 hours and can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute process. If a chargeback is filed after we've already issued a refund, we will contest it and provide full documentation to your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks result in a permanent purchase ban and may be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention networks.
Subscription Refunds
The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. To avoid being charged for a renewal you don't want, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date via your account portal or by emailing us. If we failed to send your 3-day advance renewal reminder, you're entitled to a full refund of that charge — contact us within 7 days.
Results Disclaimer
Blue Soma is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Individual results vary. You don't need to prove it didn't work to get a refund — your satisfaction is enough. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
