Shipping Rates
- 1-Pack: standard shipping fee applies at checkout
- 2-Pack (Duo): free shipping
- 3-Pack (Trio): free shipping
- All subscription orders: free shipping
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Times
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control do happen. A package being in transit longer than the estimated timeframe is not grounds for a refund or replacement — please use your tracking number to monitor your order and allow the full delivery window to pass before contacting us.
Where We Ship
We ship to all U.S. states except Louisiana, plus Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries.
We cannot ship to:
- Louisiana — Blue Lotus is a Schedule I controlled substance under Louisiana law (RS 40:989.1). All Louisiana orders are automatically cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses — Blue Lotus is prohibited for active-duty U.S. military personnel under DoD policy. These orders are automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
International Orders
International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees in their country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or seized by customs. It is your responsibility to confirm the product is legal in your country before ordering. We cannot refund orders seized at customs.
Lost & Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date (30 days for international), email trybluesoma@outlook.com. We'll open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
We are not liable for packages the carrier confirms were delivered to the correct address, or for theft after delivery.
Address Errors
Double-check your address before completing your order. If you spot an error right after ordering, email us immediately — we may be able to fix it before dispatch. Orders lost due to a customer-provided incorrect address are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
